Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this quoting site and any order you place with Titan Additive ("we", "us"), a 3D printing bureau in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. By submitting a quote or order, you agree to these terms.

The price shown in the funnel is an instant estimate calculated from your file’s geometry. It is indicative, not final. We review and slice every file manually and confirm the final price and lead time before production — typically within one working day.

All prices are shown in INR and include applicable GST. Standard delivery across India is included free; Rush turnaround is an optional paid upgrade.

Submitting a quote is a request, not a confirmed order. We review each request and may ask for changes or decline work that is not feasible to print (for example, files with errors, unsupported geometry, or sizes beyond our capacity).

You retain all ownership of the designs and files you upload. By submitting a file, you confirm you have the right to have it produced, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to quote, manufacture, and deliver your order.

You are responsible for ensuring your files do not infringe anyone else’s rights and are lawful to manufacture.

If you upload a model you did not design yourself — for example one downloaded from a third-party library such as Printables or MakerWorld — you are responsible for confirming that its licence permits printing, including any commercial-use or attribution conditions. We manufacture to order and do not verify model licences on your behalf.

Payment terms are arranged with you directly when we confirm your order. Production begins after the order and payment terms are agreed.

Lead times shown or quoted are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on part size, quantity, and our current queue. Rush turnaround may be available on request. Standard delivery across India is free; we ship via courier partners and risk passes on dispatch.

We aim for a typical dimensional tolerance of ±0.2 mm or ±0.5%, whichever is greater, which is normal for FDM 3D printing. If a part does not meet the agreed specification, contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

Parts are made to order from the files and specifications you provide. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
