Titan Additive ("we", "us") is an additive-manufacturing (3D printing) bureau based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this quoting site and how we use it.

Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number, and optionally a company name.

Files and order details you submit: your 3D model files (e.g. STL), along with material, quantity, layer height, colour, and any notes.

Basic technical data needed to run the service (e.g. your request to our server), which we keep to a minimum.

To prepare your quote, review your files, produce your order, and deliver it.

To contact you about your quote or order, and to send a confirmation of your request.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your uploaded files are stored securely with our hosting provider and are used only to quote and produce your order. We never share your files with third parties beyond what is needed to fulfil your order, and you can ask us to delete your files at any time.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate: Vercel (hosting, file storage, and privacy-friendly site analytics) and Resend (email delivery). Your order information passes through these services only to run the quoting and notification flow. For delivery, we share the minimum details required with our courier partners.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage such as page views. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an individual profile of you.

During the current private beta, we set a single functional cookie to remember that you have entered the access word, so you are not asked for it on every page. We do not use cookies for advertising.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information and files we hold about you. To make a request, email us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown above.
